As we continue in a world where touch has been limited, this practice can be a great way of opening our senses and being aware of what we can learn from ordinary objects around us. Many of us incorporate touch into our healing modalities.  This is a great time to reawaken our sense of touch and through that, our connection to our world and each other.

What you will need: Comfortable place to sit, Pillow for your lap, Selection of 3-5 ordinary physical objects  (consider including some objects that are around you every day that might have a particular purpose like a binder clip, TV remote, tape dispenser or stuffed animal/squishy toy)
