Yoga Teacher Traci will lead you thru a sage smudging ritual to remove bad emotions and let negative energy drift away. Followed by a short but sweet yoga class. We meet at the East Broadway end of the beach. Near the concession stand. The easiest thing to do is to park at the very end of East Broadway. Otherwise, you can park at Silver Sands and walk over the long bridge to the beach. Then take a left and keep walking until you see us.:
