“I’m a Colorado native who moved to the east coast in 1997. After a career in museums, I went back to grad school to explore a passion for psychology and how to help those with complex cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Drawn to the Fairfield area, I’ve delivered brief and long-term psychotherapy and EMDR services in both clinical and private practice settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship, and trauma issues as well as destructive patterns of behavior. I’m a member of the American Association of Family Therapists and the EMDR International Association. I love being a part of the TLC a community!”
