Lectio 360 is a contemplative experience of listening -- listening to Meg read to you which helps you to listen to your inner voice, the one trying to get your attention, the one trying to be expressed, to be heard. Lectio 360 is powerful, meditative, grounding and soothing self-care.

Meg strives to help you live with compassion for yourself and others through one-on-one counseling and deep listening. She writes a weekly letter with observations and tips for living with compassion and she conducts a weekly 30-minute guided contemplative self-care practice called Lectio 360 where you are invited to listen to yourself.
