Experiencing stuck and unable to change the way you feel towards a particular person or situation? Whether big or small, if this is causing unnecessary stress or suffering in your life there is a process that helps you gain a new perspective on how to deal with it.

Someone will volunteer to be in the “hot seat” to be coached after the group is done with the writing exercise.

Carolina has been a Life Coach and Mindset Coach for over 15 years. She believes in the transformative power of writing down your limiting beliefs and dismantling them one by one by engaging in a heart/mind flow self-inquiry that effortlessly creates beliefs that really serve you.
